Yo everyone!! it's been a while since i've update my blog.. hahahaha bz packing... so didnt really have the time to update... n guess wat?!! i finally get to go to Genting!!! yah.. i noe.. wats the big deal rite? cuz unlike most rich kids... i've nv been there be4... plus im nt travelling with my parents... so its pretty special to me... er... well.. im still travelling with parents.. but nt my parents... ^^;;;; i went with ah fang, vanessa n her parents...
my first impression of Genting after the looooong hr of ride... is... AIR-CON!!!! cuz on the way up... the bus driver kinda switched off the air con... Zzzzz so it was pretty warm in the bus... when we stepped out of the bus... a gust of cold air juz hit us in the face... which was certainly welcoming... hahahaha
after tat... we waited abt 1 hr for the checking in!!!! omg... tok abt bad servicing... later.. we found out y it would take tat long... cuz apparently... their rooms ar... nt all the empty rooms r nxt to each other... which is a pain in the butt.. cuz we wanna be nxt to each other... so bo bian... tat guy told us tat we can have the room which is opp of each other... 4129 n 4128... the best part when we had gotten our keys n went to tat lvl... our rooms are like one end of the other!!! so much for opp!!! !@#$%^&* ended up we had to go down n change our rooms again!!!! *faints* utter waste of our time there...
nxt... we went in search of the 'nice' ba kut teh tat vanessa n mum ate... we had no idea where is the stall... but we found it at last... which sad to sae.. isnt really tat nice... ^^;;;;
we oso went to the Casino... first impression... IT STINKS... i had to breathe through my jacket to filter out abit of the cigarette smoke... (i have low tolerance for cigarette smoke) once i stepped in... i swear im nt gonna step in the 2nd time... after tat... when we finally got out... my lungs were BURNING... thus kinda worsen my throat irritation...
overall for the first day there... i didnt get to do much shopping!!! T________T i wanted to go on a shopping spree... but i cant... cuz the shops there closed earlier den i expected... Zzzz they close like 10+pm... *faints* so we had to go back to our rooms...
nxt day... we took a bus down to KL... the trip down... wasnt really tat pleasant... since the guys sitting opp us... were sooo greeeeen.. i swear they were gonna puke soon... but luckily they didnt... *phew* after reaching the bus station... we had to take the MRT to reach the KL chinatown... their MRT reminds me of the trains we had at the Tanjong Pajar station... Hmmmx... oh yah... it was super humid n hot!!!! i wished tat i was back in Genting the minute i stepped out of the bus... @@;;; anyway... after the loooong journey... we finally reached there... n it was lunch time... so i suggested to go to the only restaurant tat looks air-con... (i couldnt take the heat) the min i sat down.. guess wat.. i saw my 3rd uncle's wife!!! O.O i dun even bump into them in S'pore... n yet... i bumped into them in KL... shocking... tok abt fate...
anyway... the food there was pretty gd... sth diff from the usual noodles we ate from S'pore... den we went down to do some shopping.. (FINALLY!!!!) the entire streets were filled with fake goods... well.. tat didnt really stopped me from buying... hahahaha i bought 2 bags... nessa bought 1... her mum oso bought 1... ah fang didnt buy anything... (i really wanna salute her)
after this... we went back to Genting.. Thank god... it was really gd to be back there... AIR-CON!!! nessa parents wanna go to the casino which i immediately said... im nt going back there... so the 3 of us ended up going to the arcade while her parents went to the casino... there were like... super nice games there... or maybe cuz its been a long time since i've stepped into an arcade... hahahaha my arms nearly popped out of their sockets when we played one particular game where we had to whack the ghosts on the screen... n its nt juz abt hitting them... we had to spin the wheel using the rod.. (i tink its a rod... @@ no idea wat it is called)
when we went back to our rooms... her parents havent come back yet... after bathing.. nessa came over n we played black jack all the way until 2+am... hahahahaha... we went by pt system... whoeva wins tat round gets a pt... overall winner... is... ME!!! ah fang was 2nd.. n nessa... LAST!!!! hahahaha she was super pissed abt it...
our last n final day... nessa parents wanted to sit the cable car to the middle of Genting to eat... which.. me n ah fang immediately said no... we wanted to stay at Genting... since i hadnt done any shopping yet.. which is unforgivable... nessa was kinda stuck b/w us... but she chose to go shopping with us...
total no. of things i bought for myself... 1 pair of heels (YESH... i managed to find heels... shocking), 3 earrings, 2 bags, 1 hp keychain... the rest... i bought for the gals... ^^ since nande i get to go overseas... n plus they always buy things for me... i very de paiseh... so yah... ^^
oh yah!!! one of the signboards caught fire when we were there... it was quite a rare sight... so me n nessa took vids of the entire event... which my bro said.. BO LIAO... well.. u dun c this everyday..
